Before getting to work on a site we must first identify any constraint brought on the site. During this process we collaborate with civil and site related consultants to identify easements + other geographical burdens. At this point we can layer zoning constraints and existing context on and identify our available developable building envelope and potential program. With rules of thumbs we can determine best yield for each site.
